Voice II is an extension of Voice I and stands on its own
to refine business communications. We review the basics of
Voice I: breathing, vocal control, voice quality, pitch, tempo,
and volume. All vowel sounds and consonants are correctly
pronounced. Commonly used business phrases are standardized
and sometimes changed for a more professional image.
We work on the subtler aspects of speaking, the use of phrasing,
selecting words that sound like what they mean applying alliteration
